We ship USPS Priority Mail for US. We use flat rate shipping box whenever possible $8.10. We Welcome Canada & International orders, we will invoice you upon receiving your order for the shipping cost. Multiple items shipping discounted at the time of order.
We ship within 3-5 business days unless it is a stocking that requires personalizing then we will notify you with shipping date.

RETURN POLICY
We strive to send out only high quality crafts and take great pride in our craftmanship as well as our service. We Will accept returns within 5 days of you receiving the item. We do not refund shipping nor do we pay for return shipping.
STOCKINGS are non refundable non returnable. It takes 40 hours to create 1 stocking and once personalized we do not rework a stocking or remove a name for resell.
